For your safety, treatment may be refused if you have:

4. Pregnancy or are nursing (for certain procedures)

Booking, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

1. Appointments are required
2. Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance
3. Late arrivals (15+ min) may be rescheduled
4. No-shows may be charged or required to prepay
